Soft Launch Announcement (Long Form — Good for FB/Email):

Hi friends — I’m excited to share something I’ve been quietly building over the past few months.

As many of you know, I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in prenatal and postpartum care. I’ve seen firsthand how many women lack support during the trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum seasons — especially when it comes to strength, mobility, and functional movement.

So I’ve created Motherhood Performance Co, a 12-week virtual wellness coaching program designed to help women build strength, confidence, core support, and functional movement during this unique chapter of life.

This program is for women who are:
✓ Trying to conceive
✓ Pregnant (any trimester)
✓ Postpartum (up to 36 months)

It includes personalized exercise programming, weekly progress reporting, monthly virtual consults, and on-demand support — all delivered virtually.

I’ll be opening for enrollment soon, and I’m currently offering free 30-minute virtual goal-setting consults for anyone who wants to learn more, ask questions, or explore whether this support is a good fit.

If you’re interested or know someone who might be, feel free to message me directly or schedule a consult here: {link coming soon}

Thank you for your support — I’m excited for what’s ahead!

— Tara

Hi {{First Name}},

Hi {{First Name}},

Thanks for your check-in — your feedback was helpful.

I’ve made a few targeted adjustments to address the movements that felt less comfortable and to better match your current energy level. Please pay attention to how these feel and note anything you’d like to revisit during our next check-in.

Keep up the good work.

With appreciation and regards,
Dr. Tara Zarillo, DPT

🌱 WHEN A CLIENT STRUGGLED WITH CONSISTENCY

Hi {{First Name}},

Thank you for checking in — I appreciate your transparency.

Some weeks are simply about maintaining structure rather than pushing forward. Let’s focus on what feels realistic this week and rebuild consistency step by step. I’ve kept your programming approachable so you can regain momentum without added pressure.

You’re still moving forward.

With appreciation and regards,
Dr. Tara Zarillo, DPT
